Saunas

All finish people has one in his home. This is the same word in finnish but we pronounce it saona. It consist to stay in a very hot closed room (between 60 and 100 degrees) during 20 or 30 minutes. The room is made of pine wood. It is heated by a wood pile and you must wait an hour or more to have the great temperature. There is a bucket of water in the sauna and you can throw some water on the wood pile to make the room hotter.
